He is one of the most accomplished rappers in the 254. His success can largely be attributed to his hard work and the huge fan base he enjoys from across the entire country.

Perhaps this is why Kibera’s finest is keen on maintaining a good relationship with his enthusiasts. No! I can’t say he is cultivating a good relationship per se, staying within their reach may be the most appropriate word for Octo’s case.
