It’s not the first time the flamboyant rapper has made headline for a thing he did. Oh! He didn’t commit an offense by the way, his ‘peculiar’ look was what raised eyebrows.

Prezzo was meeting the embattled Nairobi Governor, Dr. Evans Kidero, when he caused a stir. While Kidero didn’t see anything wrong with Prezzo’s appearance, his associates were utterly shocked by his look.
