Capital FM’s Amina Finally Reveals Why She Stopped Singing

The radio presenter and former singer has spoken about her quitting the music industry after releasing only one single and collaborating with rapper Octopizzo.

Amina Abdi, the Capital FM presenter says that people should stop saying she quit music because she only released one single and opted to venture into what she calls is more important for her life.

Amina who became a mother last year says that she realised she did not make enough money from music and so she opted to concentrate more on TV and radio and other things.

Speaking exclusively to Ghafla Kenya, Amina has also shared a word with artistes who spend their entire careers creating beef. She says that good brands do not recognise beef and that such artistes should refrain from that and concentrate on music.

We all know who Amina is talking about. The two nemeses in the hip hop industry in Kenya.

Amina believes that music has good money as long as one knows what to do at what time.
