Sensational Kenyan singer made it on headlines of Tanzanian news outlets with her stupendous expenditure during the Valentines’s Day.

Her Valentine’s spending raised eyebrows causing the media to shine the spotlight on her. It’s not the first time though Akothee is making headlines on Tanzanian media.

Her ostentatiousness has always been irresistible for the media. Akothee’s spending seems to be limitless, from chartering planes to driving high-end vehicles, she is the queen of glamour.

During the Valentine’s day, Akothee’s astounding expenditure shocked Tanzanian leading blog, Bongo 5, which compared her Valentine’s spending to that of East Africa’s king of showoff, Diamond Platnumz.

Her expenditure, however, appears to dwarf that of Diamond. While Diamond spent the Valentine on the pleasure island of Zanzibar with his Ugandan socialite girlfriend, Zari the Bosslady, Akothee took out kids and friends on a million shillings treat.

The sassy singer hired an Audi limousine for which she was paying Kes 40,000 per hour. She reportedly spent over five hours with the Audi which simply translates to Kes 200,000.

That was only for the limo hire alone, add other expenses of the day and you will know Akothee is on her own league.

Anyway, that a nice way to spend the Valentine if you got that kind of cash to spend!
