Ringtone Spared Public Humiliation To Strike a Deal Ending The 1.2 Million Fraud Case He Was Being Charged For

A Nairobi businessman had charged gospel singer, Ringtone, in court after accusing him of conning him Sh1.2 million.

Ringtone can now easily breathe a sigh of relief as he struck a deal with the plaintiff to end his case in the eyes of the public at the courts.

Businessman, Mr. Shem Tai accused Ringtone of swindling 1.2 million from him. Ringtone was alleged to have promised to import a vehicle for him.

The two have however agreed to amicably settle their dispute on an out-of-court settlement sparing Ringtone the public humiliation he would be facing while attending the court sessions.

Ringtone is however not off the hook just yet, just in case he doesn’t agree with the businessman, the case may be seeing its way back to the courts again.
