Candy N Candy Records Surprises Fans as They Scrap Entrance Charges For the Much Awaited Gig

Due to overwhelming artist interest and public demand, the Get Spotted talent search Nairobi Edition to be held on 29th of November 2014 at Pride Inn Hotel – Westlands  will be FREE of charge for participation and attendance as opposed to the initial registration and entrance charges.

When Joe Kariuki, the C.E.O of Candy n Candy Records was asked why he had scrapped the charges, his response was that the idea behind the inter-County GET SPOTTED Talent Search, a product of Candy Clear Channel Media was to support the hidden talent of young upcoming and underground artists (all over the 47 counties) who are very talented but aren’t able to get any media platform to show it.

He also added that a lot of artists wanted to participate in the talent search but they were not able to raise the amount required for registration, he decided to give them a fair ground to show off their talent and invite all their fans to attend and show their support.

All Artists wishing to participate in the Talent Search will be required to call Candy n Candy Records (0700707564) to be entered in the Artist List. The winner will receive an audio and video recording deal worth over ksh 100,000 and lots of Media coverage to launch his/her music career. The recording label revealed more than 100 artists have entered the competition hoping to be the next big name in Kenya’s entertainment industry.
