Kenyan Artists in the Nominees’ List For AFRIMA Awards. See Who They Are

The All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) is here again. After Bahati, Ogopa DJs and Diaspora DJ Josh did Kenya proud by winning the prestigious accolades in their respective categories last year, more Kenyan artists have been nominated in this year’s awards.

The list of nominees was released yesterday and the artists from the country join many more others from East Africa and across the continent.

This is a clear indication that Kenyan talent is recognised across the continent. As Ghafla Kenya reported early on, Kenyan artists had conspicuously missed from the nominees’ list for the MOBO awards as their counterparts from Nigeria went through.
