This Will Surprise You, Guess Who Proff Looks Up To in Kenyan Music Industry?

Ask most Kenyan artistes who they look up to within the local industry; they will undeniably tell you a well renowned celebrity or anything of the sort but one dancehall artiste response will leave you tongue tied.

It is not as if he values freaks or something, he simply has no one to look up in the Kenyan music industry. Yes, Proff has not seen anyone with qualities he can admire; no hard feelings but he disclosed that he has a lot of love and respect to Kenyan artistes though. As they say it, good things stand out; Proff is a man with his own unique perspective.

His mentors rather come from a distant Caribbean island only known as Jamaica. Being the land that introduced dancehall artistes to our dear world, not is not surprising to me to hear Proff saying that the people he looks up to come from that particular island; I mean it is only our human nature to associated ourselves with the best of the best that we get to know.
