Religious Intolerance! Here is the Reason Why Diamond Platnumz Cannot Work With Bahati

If you listen to the reason Diamond Platnumz gave us to why he cannot work with gospel wonder boy Bahati; you will either be contented or he will simply leave you asking yourself more questions than you can actually get the answers.

When Diamond was coming to the country for Coke Studio Africa, he first met with gospel singer Bahati and Citizen TV’s Mzazi Willy Tuva. They posed for photos and right away speculations about the two artistes working together quickly sprang up. Diamond however sort to clear the air about the grapevine that was circulating around the social media news outlets. His response however was one that really interested me.

“Unfortunately I am a Muslim, for me to do a song with someone who is doing gospel music… I don’t know… if I am allowed…” Diamond explained when asked about the rumored collaboration with Bahati. He however acknowledged that Bahati was doing very nice; it seems the different beliefs the two artistes share is the impeding block for them to work together.
