Everybody seems to have an opinion on Vera’s Bleaching and for close to a week, this story has been trending. Mostly because socialites and bleaching are very new to Kenyan pop culture.
Every one seems to have an opinion about it, but what most Kenyan celebrities are saying is that what Vera is doing is her business. This is what Mashariki Mix’s Nicholas Mutuma said :

“I honestly think Kenyans are giving this bleaching thing too much attention. For me, as long as the ‘bleacher’ is above 18 years I have no issue with it…I love tattoos and if someone told me to stop getting tats I’d ask them to F**** off. We as a country have more pressing issues to worry about than the colour of one’s skin. Good morning.”
