About 2 months ago, Emily Wanjiru of Gachororo ECD lived in deplorable conditions but a miracle happened and her life turned around completely.

This was after an enthusiastic and impeccable performance at this year’s Drama Festivals. Emily recited a poem that sent the president into stitches and in return the president gave the little girl a scholarship. In addition to that Emily’s family moved from the streets into a decent house .Here are some pictures of their new house
