Controversial Dance Hall Artiste Asks The Kenya Film Commission To Overrule Its Decision To “Ban” Show Me On Family Time
After firing salvos at a section of entertainment Bigwigs, fast-rising dance hall artist, Blaqy, of the hit, Show Me is now after the Kenya Film Commission Board.
This is after his video was classified as ‘restricted’ in other words rated 18 years and above but the artiste thought his video had been banned.
The Board took to Facebook to deny allegations that it had banned the music video.This is what they had said ” KFCB did NOT ban/restrict the music video SHOW ME. The allegations that we did are FALSE. The video was rated 18+ and the certificate issued indicates as much. This means that any ADULT content should not be sold to minors or be screened on television between 5am – 10pm.”
Blaqy however doesnot think their decision was fair and sent this letter to the commission:
