An ambulance came later and rushed Yvonne and her pals to a little hospital in Pangani.But as fate would have it,the Beautiful Yvonne passed away. In that tiny hospital.What followed was even heart-breaking.

After Bid’s extremely abysmal destruction of human life,POLICE were unwilling to charge the godless culprit.Bid is a rich man. No,I meant WEALTHY man. A multi-multi millionaire.And police were WORSHIPING Him.2 months passed without ANY progress on the case.

And when Yvonne’s Father,Daniel Kaindi,went to Pangani Police Station to follow up on the case,Police told him that Mr.Bid had gone for a holiday and that they should wait for him to return!What cheek!
And when they went back again in January,the Police said they could NOT prosecute the matter because they did NOT have ANY statements from eye-witnesses.Lies.

The 2 other girls who had survived the grisly accident had repeatedly recorded statements with the same damn police. Yes,even a couple boda boda guys had done so.
But POLICE wouldn’t touch a man of Mr. Bid’s social stature.You DON’T TOUCH AN ALMIGHTY INDIAN LORD! It seemed.And when Mr. Kaindi went back later,the lousy Police told him that the file was missing!
Hmmmm,OKAY.And after Mr Kaindi contacted senior Police Officers for an explanation,He received a call from the Killer,Mr Bid.Bid DID NOT CALL Kaindi to apologize. Or show remorse. He called him to BRIBE Him. Yes!
And so,Kaindi,His wife Ruth and a lawyer met Mr Bid in a city restaurant. And,with a cold voice,a conceited mien and a presumptuous attitude,this Bid criminal offered them a Ksh.1m bribe to DROP the case.Kaindi was appalled. And he flatly REJECTED the atrocious bribe.
Superciliously,Mr Bid told him, “Fine. You don’t want my bribe? OK. I will spend LESS than that in court. Goodbye!”And as he rose to leave,He verbally assaulted Kaindi and his wife with some of the most obnoxious racial insults ever!Good Grief!

Anyway,on February 14th 2013,Bid was finally taken to court and charged with the murder of Yvonne Langat. He pleaded NOT GUILTY.But on a second hearing,on 23rd July 2013,Bid changed his plea to GUILTY.

And within 20 minutes,the magistrate Eddah Agode wrote and delivered her bullshit judgement.She ordered Bid to pay a fine of Kshs.100,000 for Yvonne’s murder or face SIX MONTHS in Jail.Ksh.100,000??? ONLY??!SIX MONTHS?? SIX MONTHS?? ONLY??!JESUS CHRIST!!!

And as for the other two students who were terribly injured in the freak accident,Bid,the MILLIONAIRE,was asked to pay them a fine of Ksh.2,500 each.Ksh.2,500??!?? Yes,Elfu Mbili na Mia Tano!!!!DAMMIT!!
And,that,my Friends,Is what happens when You are Unlucky enough to get KILLED by a boisterous,wealthy,stinking,racist,godless,haughty and vile RICH MAN!
