Atumpa, ‘The Talking Drum’ responsible for the risque song ‘The Thing’ has finally landed on the motherland.So before we go on about his on-goings in the country let us take a look into the so called “Thing”.

So what is” the Thing?According to Atumpa,The thing is anything that can be tought or conferred.

Speaking to the Guardian earlier ,he said that the song that has outraged quite a number of uptight prudes  is actually a gospel song.Adding that “I am actually teaching, and the philosophy of the song is about advising young ones and trying to put them on the right path. It is not profane. The song itself is very metaphorical and it is very poetic.”
