Dusky Tripple b who alleged that Bebe Cool has stolen his song. Read dusky’s statement below:
“Hey Ghafla,My name is Dusky,an upcoming artist from Kenya.I recorded my 1st single Titled ‘RISASI’ some years back,shot the video and released it to the market.I recently learned that BEBECOOL of Uganda Infringed my Instrumentation of the Song to record his song ‘JOANITA’ under a Producer Legend P whom on the video is indicated as being the Producer.The Instrumentation is not a similar sounding Replica or a Recreation but rather is exactly the same as mine ,only a poor in quality probably due to the loss of quality during extraction from the original.In an interview with The Star Newspaper, BEBECOOL said that i am a desperate artist who wants to make into the music industry by using his name and that is very stupid of me.I am trying to follow up the matter with the Copyright Board of Kenya and the MCSK.It is so unfortunate for an artist with means like BEBECOOL to take advantage of a rising artist like me.I have Data files for the Instrumentation he Stole from me,this can prove that he is indeed a THIEF because he doesn’t have them.PLEASE, i really need help from you sins i kindly requested him to discuss the matter with me but he ignored my request.Thank you and God Bless.”
