Will Kenya Ever Have A Bad Girl Worthy Of The Title?
I have always wondered to myself why Kenya doesn’t have a bad girl worth the moniker. They all seem to start off as worthy of the name but somewhere along the line they chicken out and change their image.
And don’t get me wrong, there is a huge difference between bad girl and trashy. Aaliyah was a bad girl. so was Left Eye. Rihanna is trashy. Never get it twisted!

When Avril started out, she chose the bad girl path and was good at it. she played the role so well that I was shocked when she begun to shed that skin. She somehow just flat out got scared of her brand and her rebranding was somewhat helter skelter. Size 8 followed next and then she found our Lord.
There has been no one willing to take advantage of the bad girl image. Kenya doesn’t seem to have her own Cecile. The lass who keeps the lads tantalized with her sex appeal and because they get none, they keep anticipating it.
Kenyan female artists seem to scared of that brand. On the other hand, the lads embrace it. Shaffie Weru did the whole Bad Boy image and it worked wonders for his brand. Shappaman is doing the same. And aslong as he keeps making good music, he will succeed.
Come on ladies, why are you all too scared to take this particular bull by the horns? In entertainment, as far as I’m concerned, the women are boring! One female needs to shake up Kenya’s sensibilities. stop portraying yourselves like damsels in distress. That has gotten old!
With that said and done read about how Avril became a wanted criminal here. She even went as far as posing nvde for an Italian magazine. Check out the photos here.
