Shaffie Weru Commemorates The 1 Year Anniversary Of His Humiliation At Nax Vegas
One year ago, Shaffie Weru was out to watch rugby. He had one too many at the 10 a-side rugby tournament and things got thick fast. He was eventually unceremoniously ejected from the venue.
We broke that story last year and you can read about it here. But when all was said and done and the sting of the humiliation was numb, Shaffie issued a statement that you can read about here. He infact compared it to the Hangover 3.

But time mellows all and everyone’s hindsight is 20-20. Shaffie emerged from that humiliation a better man. He recently took to twitter to tweet the following statement:
It’s been Exactly a year since my #NAxvegas Drama I’m not proud of what went down& that’s why I’m coming back a changed man @freshology254.
That means he’ll be back for the 10 a-side rugby tournament a better man. If nothing else, this is the mark of true maturity. Especially when you look at his initial reaction below:
