5 Kenyan celebrities thought to be gay… but are not

Please note that each and every celebrity mentioned in this article, IS NOT GAY! However, that has not stopped the fans and critics from speculating and even concluding that they’re so.

Some of these assumptions and accusations may have been catalyzed by the way the celebrities dress, talk or present themselves, but most of it is just from body language. Silly criteria of judgement, I know.

Still, here goes…

Maina Kageni

As we all ponder over Maina Kageni’s love life (which is by the way non of our business), as we wonder when this well financially established man will get hooked and married, let’s just remember that there are many single men out there who are very much straight. This photo too (above), which was on Pulse Magazine still gives us hope that he is still on our side. Plus, there are rumours circulating that this guy has landed himself a dendai.

Sauti Sol’s Chimano

Now, this became clear when he himself came out claiming that all the gay rumours are false. Here are all the details, straight from the horse’s mouth.

Anto Neosoul

This right here is a devoted Christian. Not that that is good proof that he isn’t gay, but those that are close to Anto actually know that he has a girlfriend whom he loves so much. If that is not proof enough, here is a video of his interview with us.

Ian Mugoya

These speculations arose immediately when Ian posted this photo in which he was seen pecking his friend on the cheeks. Make you know, they were s*** faced out of their minds and were just fooling around like boys always do. I will now take it upon me to remind you all the beautiful and glamorous ladies that Ian Mugoya has ‘plakad’.

Jimmy Gait

This is a closed case but the list just wouldn’t be complete without it. Let’s just blame all those accusations and speculations on skinny jeans, but still, the man is free to dress as he pleases just as long as he doesn’t cross-dress. Here is the video in which he addresses the gay rumours.
