For the real hiphop heads out there, you all know that the lad has been doing his thing from way back -as far back as 2006. For this lad, the journey has taken him 6 years and his triumph has been 23 years in the making but he has finally done it!

Ojiji came out tops in the just concluded Don’t Break The Beat competition and there are no nay-sayers after he blew the competition straight out of the water.
This underground lyrical genius finally has the mainstream recognition that has been denied him for far too long. Fortunately, for another, in this competition, there can be more than one victor that shall claim the spoils of war and x Caliber is his name.
The two shall now rep Kenya on a regionall platform battling it out with whomever shall win in Uganda and Tanzania.
At stake is a recording contract with Decimal Media an imprint of Universal Records and Kshs 250,000/- in hard cold sidi! The deal that the two clinched shall have them both record 4 songs and shoot 3 videos one of which shall be graced by Kenya’s effervescent female emcee STL.
