Octopizzo To Collabo With Ohanglaman, Makadem

Octopizzo is one of the hottest rappers in the country right now. He has done some left field collaborations before, including one with Muthoni the Drummer Queen. At the recent Sawa Sawa Festival, he performed with a live band together with AntoNeoSoul. Now the rapper might have another unlikely collabo in the works.

The rapper was recently practising his live stage performance with one of the most established performing artistes in the region, Makadem. Octopizzo posted on his Facebook about what he learnt and even announced a possible collabo with the Ohanglaman.

Here’s the message he posted on his Facebook: “Learn alot from Makadem on how to Perfom or use Traditonal Instruments with hIPHOP rAP SO WATCH OUT FOR SOMETHING BETWEEN ME AND makadem TRADITIONAL HIPHOP!“

Makadem is probably Kenya’s best Ohangla artiste. It would be great to see the result of such an unlikely fusion.
