BEYONCE GIVES KENYAN PRODUCER WAWESH A CHANCE…

Kenyan producer Robert Wawero Kiboy (a.k.a Wawesh Mjanja) stands the chance of winning a whooping $4,000, all thanks to American pop sensation Beyonce.

There’s a competition going on on the American star’s official website BeyonceOnline where the singer is giving her fans the opportunity to remix her hit single ‘End of Time’ off her latest Album ‘4’.

Wawesh has come up with the remix to this tune (which you can have a listen to below) and now all WE need to do is VOTE for him to win it.

Wawesh, an artist, producer, composer and talent developer, is not new to the entertainment or production scene in the country. He is the founder of the label and non-profit Penya Africa, to which Kenyan afro fusion megastars Sauti Sol, Muthoni the Drummer Queen, Dela and Stan are attached to.

His first single ‘Mjanja’ propelled his career and now he has gone on to produce several albums, among them both Sauti Sol albums, Mwanzo and Sol Filosofia, as well as Dela’s Paukwa and Muthoni’s The Human Condition, among others. To reiterate, this is one accomplished producer, with scores of other international awards and recognitions.
