Kenya in the Riddim medleys

I’m loving how Kenyan Reggae artist are trying and succeeding to come up with their own riddims. Jamaican riddims are indeed fabulous,

but as a country of pride I think it’s only natural for us to come up with our own material.

Most Production houses that specialise in the reggae genre in Kenya are now vibrant in the riddim section. Among them are Pacho-‘nipe nafasi riddim’, Mega Records-‘punchline riddim’ and the biggest label being Ark Angel Productions with ‘Falling angel riddim’, ‘Sweet chariot riddim’, ‘Melishya riddim’ and their latest ‘More work riddim’ which includes huge reggae names like Nazizi, Shamir and Fireson. My best Kenyan riddim till date is the ‘sweet chariot riddim’… a big tuuuuuuune!!! Watch it below.
