“She Was In A rush so she overtook, when going back to the lane she scratched a car from behind”, eyewitness accounts #RIPNanaGichuru

Speculations are rife following the sudden death of actress Nana Gichuru who passed on yesterday in road accident after her BMW car rammed into an oncoming lorry along the Eastern Bypas near Utawala.

One eyewitness who narrated the chronology of events to Kenya Car Bazaar claimed the TV Queen scratched two cars from behind while trying to overtake them before she eventually rammed into an oncoming lorry killing her on the spot.

“She was in a rush so she overtook and when going back to the lane, she scratched a car behind and refused to stop as expected she overtook again when running away and returning to her lane, scratched another. I think this became too much to bear so she decided to overtake again….I think she did not do her calculations well coz that trailer was ahead of her and as usual German cars pick really fast, she drove right into it”, reveals the witness who was at the scene of fatal accident.

Nana who is in her mid twenties, was also a writer, voice artist, young film maker, and a travel junkie.Her death comes barely a month after she lost her grandmother.

She will be remembered for her acting prowess in quite a number of local TV series.
