Julius Yego Started It And Now Another Kenyan Shines In Javelin
Despite kicking behinds on the track, Kenyans have never really excelled at field events but self-taught javelin athlete Julius Yego changed all that .
This was at the recently concluded IAAF World Championships in Beijing, China where Yego blew many away with his throw of 92.72 meters that won him a gold medal.
Now, the Kenyan national Athletics team is currently in Brazzaville, Congo for the 11th African Games 2015 and true to their word, the athletes are already grabbing the medals!
Including Alex Kiprotich who had a win at men’s javelin.
