DJ Pierra Wins 2015 NAFCA Prize for Best Actress in A Supporting Role Beating Top Nigerian Actresses
Celebrated Kenyan DJ Pierra has won the 2015 NAFCA Award for the Best Actress in a supporting role. The award winning DJ was nominated for her role in the movie
‘When Love Comes Around’. It was a sweet victory for the DJ and actress especially beating fellow actress in the movie Eku Edowor who had been nominated in the same category but had earlier in 2014 won the Best Actress African Collaboration Award.
The ecstatic winner took to the streets to celebrate her victory. The event was held at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angles on Sunday, September 13th. Other stars in the movie include Jim Iyke, Zynnell Zuh, Mikki Osei Berko, Edward Kufuor, Eku Edewor, DJ Pierra Makena. Here is DJ Pierra celebrating her award.
