“Appointing First KDF Female Brigadier To Head Staff Welfare Is Like Having Her Cook For Walalahoi.” Blogger Yells

Even before Brigadier Fatumah Ahmed can seat easy on her newly appointed job, controversial blogger has surfaced to slam her.

Yesterday the country was in a celebratory mood after a woman was appointed in high office within the Kenyan Defense Forces.

While most Kenyans were happy about Brigadier Fatumah’s appointment, a sadist was keenly following the development waiting for the appropriate time to strike.

One Robert Alai didn’t see the sense of Brigadier Fatumah appointment. He says KDF looked down on her that’s why they threw her the gut-wrenching job.

“Appointing the first KDF Female brigadier to head staff welfare is like having her cook for walalahoi.” Alai wrote in part.

The controversial blogger says KDF isn’t serious with the one third gender rule in the Kenyan constitutions since the best thing they could afford to do for women was to appoint one of their own to be cleaning soldiers’ toilets.

“Real message in empowering women would have been if she was appointed head of garrison or logistics. Sio kutoa mavi ya wanajeshi chooni.”
