“What happened to Mary Nyaguthii?” is the question on everybody’s mind after photos of the Kenyan Native sent to work in Saudi Arabia in critical condition surfaced online.

Nelson a Kenyan rapper in the Diaspora highlighted her story on social media after the young woman was left in hospital by her employer.

She has been stuck at that hospital for 3 months without her family’s knowledge and her family only learnt of her plight last month.

The hospital report does not offer a tangible non-fishy explanation for happened to her and why she has been admitted for 3 months without any message of her condition being sent back home. The report at the hospital Sanad Hospital, Riyadh Exit 9 claims she overdosed glucophage and Aspirin tablets…something which does not explain why she had to undergo surgery.

In addition, Mary is missing a part of her skull after a brain operation, a condition that prevents her from coming back home via air. What’s worse the agent who sent her to Saudi Arabia refuses to take any responsibility for her condition or clear her bills.
