Caught On Camera: Audacious Gang Conducts Robbery At A Japanese Restaurant In Nairobi’s CBD In Broad Daylight

After watching how they conducted their mission with rigorous stealth, I can afford to baptize them the ‘Smart Gang’.

The ‘Smart Gang’ robs Nairobians in broad daylight in places people ought to feel safe from harm’s way. Most joints in the city usually have guards armed with metal detectors to prevent goons from sipping in dangerous weapons.

But even these guards aren’t sufficient enough to stop the ‘Smart Gang’ from executing their dreaded job, they simply can’t!

The gang comprises of both men and females. Men dress in suits while ladies in hijab, according CCTV footage of their raid.

They made their way to a Japanese Teriyaki Restaurant on Mama Ngina Street, near Corner House to carry out their rob.

Apparently they were shadowing a lady and her handbag seems to be their target. They must have seen her putting something worth risking their lives for it.

There were at least three gang members in the restaurant who were keenly following the lady’s every move. The moment she hanged her bag on the chair she was seating on, the gang made a move on her.

The leader pretending to be talking on his phone went behind her, slowly picked her handbag, passed it over to a lady in a hijab then they slowly walked outside without no one noticing, but the CCTV caught all the action.
