While Kenyans Heavily Criticize Uhuru Kenyatta, Africa Has Fallen In Love With Him

There is a famous saying that no prophet is accepted in his own hometown and in the case of Uhuru Kenyatta sometimes the president is not appreciated in his home country.

Judging by the heavy criticism hurled his way especially on Twitter. But it seems Africa is in love with our president. In most counties in Africa, people say that we have a great president and wish that theirs was more like our own.

Even on a recent trip to Nigeria, my colleague Etemesi revealed that Uhuru Kenyatta was a popular political figure in Nigeria, especially to how he handled the Westgate affair.
