Shots Fired! Larry Madowo Unexpectedly Attacks Salma Mbuvi And Laura Oyier
Chills for who? Larry Madowo has unleashed a salvo of itching insults directed to two ladies that caused pandemonium on the internet some two weeks ago.
Love him, hate him, Larrry Madowo doesn’t care, no amount of online onslaught launched against him is sufficient to stifle him from airing his opinion.
One would think he would refrain from writing ‘skewed’ articles on newspaper given that the last time he took a jab on local blogs he was severely chastised by Kenyans.
The NTV news anchor-cum- Daily Nation columnist yesterday wrote another pesky article that raised eyebrows again.
The headline itself was alarming! ‘We do have a knack glorifying the absurd’
The ‘absurd’ Larry was referring to were Salma Mbuvi and the controversial Intercontinental lady, Laura Oyier.
Larry clearly can’t digest the fact that the media is shining the spotlight on ‘wrong people’. He says the society is keen on glorifying theatrics and unpaid hotel bills over actual accomplishment.
“Kenyans just seem to be attracted to the shallow and the myopic over the inspirational and the extraordinary.” Larry wrote in part.
He had issues with the way the media dashed to write about Salma Mbuvi when she flaunted a gun and Laura launching her exorbitant bottled water.
But then again Larry hosted Laura on The Trend! Was that not ‘glorifying theatrics and unpaid hotel bills’?
