Remember Sophie Ikenye Formely Of NTV? This Is What She Is Up To
TV Queen, Sophie Ikenye joined the broadcast industry about 13 years ago on radio before moving to the oldest TV station in Kenya, KBC.
Apart from KBC, she has worked for Citizen TV. Her most memorable role is as a news anchor on NTV where she gained fame as one of the best in the game.
She left Kenyan TV in 2009 and has not looked back ever since.Her departure just like her counterpart’s Peninah Karibe was felt greatly and if you hit up her Facebook page,you will realise that she is greatly missed by her audience.
But her Kenyan fans will be glad to know that she is soaring higher and now works as a presenter and producer with BBC world news Focus on Africa. Watch her in action, isn’t Sophie Ikenye is still as graceful as ever? Gosh i miss her on our screens!
