When a marriage fails, many people are afraid of opening up about it. But not Robert Burale whom you know from Fashion Watch.

He opens up about his marriage of about one year and offers some advice on marriage. Here is his post:

ITS TIME..many people ask me “RB how come we don’t see you posting photos of your wife?” There comes a time one has to be naked and unashamed. Well I got married in 2012 and after exactly one year and two days my marriage collapsed. I felt like the biggest failure. A worthless man. A let down to society. Was I judged ? Yes some so called CHRISTIAN marriage counsellors gossiped me as if I had leprosy. Yes..being a public figure and a minister of the gospel made it more difficult. Due to my public life and also the fact that I was married to a public figure… None of us had the privilege to process this privately. Did some tell me I am not fit to even preach the gospel ? Oh yes the undertones were there. Ladies and gentlemen I want to encourage someone out there. You may have failed big time but we serve a God who will NEVER LEAVE NO FORSAKE YOU. Get up and dust yourself .

Out of my failure God has and will continue using me by His grace. Ironically through this I have been used to counsel marriages. (This God has a sense of humour eh). A product of EXTREME GRACE
