Into the Dark Escapades at Club Hypnotica. How it All Went Down And How Things Would Have Just Been Perfect if This Pretty “portable” was in The House
So yesterday the Ghafla team made their way to club Hypnotica for the launch of Into the Dark, a new Whiskey which has veered into the market. It’s pretty awesome by the way so try it out next time you hit the clubs.
Anyway, as I was seated there sipping away and having the time of my life I noticed particular lass sitting alone at the far corner- very good looking in a little black dress with matching shoes and mascara. She was straight out of a movie screen and I had to go and make a move.
And a move did I make only to hit a dead end courtesy of her malfunctioning smart phone. Apparently she wanted to give me her precious time but she just couldn’t; she had bigger fish to fry! First of all her friends who were supposed to meet her there at a club hadn’t yet shown up and now she couldn’t reach them because her phone was dead. Already 2 hours had passed.
That was unfortunate, would have loved to offer her my phone but it was off too. That was not even the problem; she needed to reach her cab guy to take her home as well. Okay, I suggested she pick out just a cab guy considering they were plenty in Westlands. There was still an issue, all her money was in Mpesa.
Now she was worried how she was going to get home and especially how she was going to pass through the dark pathway to her house, apparently it gets messy when it rains and she needs her phone to serve as a flashlight. It was quite a sad scenario so I just offered her cab fare and escorted her out. In the process I could see her trying to fit her big phone into her small purse- I didn’t even ask for her number.

When I was going back, I couldn’t help but wonder how things would have worked out if she only owned the Kaduda phone by Orange. To start with, it’s properly functioning battery would have ensured that she wouldn’t have lost touch with her friends. Not even that, if I owned a Kaduda myself, I would have been in a position to help out.
And the Kaduda is a twin sim so your contact list is pretty much sorted. Most of her contacts were saved in her other line which was at home so it was impossible to reach her friends. And it has the best flashlight so those embarrassing moments of finding yourself in a pool of dirty water would have been mitigated at all cost.
In addition it has a good camera so those selfies would have been in order. Not only that, it has Bluetooth so I would have gone ahead to share with all friends who don’t think I’m capable of talking to a hot woman. I would have even shared the same on Facebook and put all the haters to rest*sigh*
In simple, my night would have been epic.
