SAD: This Last Message of a Father to His Son Cyrus Who Died During the Garissa Attack Will Make You Cry

The last two weeks have been filled with terror, trepidation and gloom since the Garissa Massacre that claimed 147 lives most of them students.

Most of the students were buried last week and the week before. One of the victims was one Cyrus Mutuku who was discovered by his friend among the bloodied dead. During his burial, Cyrus’ father wrote this letter to his son and I could not help but tear up, filled with emotion and empathizing with Cyrus’ father. It is so raw, so heartbreaking and one can feel the pain the father felt after losing his son.
