Ghafla Exclusive: Sarah Hassan Reveals Why She Left The Wedding Show

When it comes to wedding shows, no one does it quite like the Wedding Show.

They bring the glamour, the pomp and the ceremony that is only unique to African weddings. It’s the kind of series that has hopeless romantic and love cynics hooked to the screen every Sunday at 6 P.M.

The show was made famous by Nonny Gathoni who left for ‘Bailey’s Wedding’ on NTV. In her place came the sexy Sarah Hassan but she too has left the show after about one and a half years at the show.

Many wonder why she left the show and we sought to find out why. She reveals to us that her contract was done aand it was not renewed for another season.

Her absence has been felt and her fans are protesting about her departure. She however urged her former audience to give the new wedding show a chance as the new host has a lot to offer.

I agree with her, didn’t Kenyans first protest her coming to the Wedding Show in place of Noni Gathoni or Joey Muthengi taking over Hits Not Homework and TPF then when they learned they could perform Kenyans warmed up to them?
