Thanks to a shift in culture, women who actively engage in coitus with considerably younger men are no longer frowned upon as aggressively as they used to, they are no longer referred to as ‘Sugar Mummies’ but Cougars.

Urban Dictionary describes a cougar as ‘A 35+ year old female who is on the “hunt” for a much younger, energetic, willing-to-do-anything male. The cougar can frequently be seen in a padded bra, cleavage exposed, propped up against a swanky bar in San Francisco (or other cities)waiting, watching, calculating; gearing up to sink her claws into an innocent young and strapping buck who happens to cross her path.”

In Kenya we have not been left behind and many older ‘independent ’women have jumped on the Cougar bandwagon.

Older women have now apparently formed a Facebook page, one closed one open where they hope to get entertained by young studs who are DTF. And they intend on throwing a party where they shall get entertained by young Arabian and African Men.

According to Maina and King’ang’i in the Morning young boy toys are  paid 15,000 per week to bed a cougar.making it 60,000 per month, quite a lump-some compared to people who do ‘normal’ jobs.

No doubt Team Mafisi will be flocking the place if indeed their generous offer is legit. But then again, if the deal is too sweet, better think a million times, manna stopped falling during Moses’ time! As they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I have my doubts about the legitimacy of this event/ page  but time will tell, for now lets wait to see if the event will go down.
