Philip Moi, the son of retired president Moi, revealed he can’t afford the upkeep cash for his ex-wife that he was ordered to pay by the court.
The former career soldier protested the court’s decision requiring him to pay his ex-wife, Rosanna Pluda, Kes 250,000 monthly upkeep.
Philip argued he couldn’t afford the 250,000 monthly payments since he was unemployed and relied on a pension from the DoD (Department of Defence) where he retired as an Army major.
Philip revealed his ex-wife’s extravagant lifestyle had plunged him into debt adding that the requested upkeep amount way exceeded what Pluda used to spend during their marriage.

The High Courted granted Philip a divorce ordering him to pay Kes 90 million to Pluda of which 30 million was meant to be his ex’s maintenance for the next decade. Philip is to pay the 30 million in the next 90 days.
For chrissake! The brother revealed he is relying on his pension to survive, why can’t his ex-wife have mercy on him to take a considerable amount the retired serviceman can afford!
