“We Did Not Call Or Text Maina Kageni!” Crazy Reactions Of People Whose Shocking Private Messages To Maina Kageni Were Exposed Across The Internet

A fortnight ago,the internet was set ablaze after a blog EXPOSED what supposedly was private messages that Kenyans sent to Maina Kageni on his super popular morning show,Classic 105. The messages had actually been ‘revealed’ years ago. But they enjoyed a resurgence a few weeks ago. Again.

The show,almost always,discusses private bedroom matters,the foibles of men,the shortcomings of marriage,sex shenanigans,marital upheavals and general hedonism and debauchery in society.

And the show has legions upon legions of diehard listeners who do not just listen passively but also contribute greatly to the program by calling in to air their dirty linen or texting Maina Kageni-Or Classic 105- via their phone numbers to lament about their dysfunctional marriages,inept husbands,incompetent wives,dull sex lives and other X-rated nitty-gritties.

And then one blog cleverly decided to not only RE-EXPOSE the phone numbers belonging to these Kageni fans…But also expose the EXACT messages these listeners had allegedly texted to Maina. Typo and all.

And the internet was set ablaze.

I followed the whole drama silently but avidly and finally decided to call up these numbers and ask these people what they had to say regarding these damning allegations.

But I called too late….since 70% of all the people whose phone numbers were exposed had by now totally SHUT DOWN their phone numbers. To never be reached or called ever again.

The other 30% is the people I talked to. And all of them,every single one of them,denied culpability… Either claiming that someone used their phone,or that the phone they were using was a company phone and still others told me that I was contacting a wrong number .And yet others categorically stated they they were NOT called the names that appeared on Maina Kageni’s database.

It was interesting. Quite interesting to hear them either deny knowledge of any sent messages or even deny they weren’t who I thought they were.

Most told me that they had been called a billion times before regarding the same issue while others simply hang up on me. Or picked up the phone and refused to talk.

Well,here are the responses from the culprits mouths. They’ve categorically denied involvement in this whole scandal.

“I have never texted Maina…”,’ This is NOT my number’, ‘My name is NOT Mary….’, and ‘I am NOT even married’ are the kinds of predictable answers I had to put up with. Through every phone call.

Well,here we go. I have posted a screenshot of the listeners message to Classic 105. But blurred their number for privacy purposes. And then I’ve embedded a recorded response from them. After I called them up….

 CALLER NUMBER 1 is a guy who at first admitted that he is Steve. And then he denied he isn’t Steve after I asked him about Maina Kageni…He denied denied denied that he sent a message to Maina Kageni claiming that his mother sexually molested him….Listen to the conversation.

CALLER NUMBER 2 is a lady who texted Maina Kageni telling him that her husband left her for an older woman…And left her with a 1/12 year old kid…But she denied it all. Claiming she didn’t send the texts…And claiming that she doesn’t even have a kid. Its interesting. Listen.

CALLER NUMBER 3 is a guy who after I mentioned Maina Kageni,started acting shifty. Claiming that his number was NOT personal. It was an office number…But he had sent a text to Maina Kageni telling him that his wife is a drunkard and that he is afraid of her…Listen.

CALLER NUMBER 4 is a woman who texted Maina saying that she is a drunkard and that drinking doesn’t affect her at all. And that she takes 3 bottles of Viceroy per day. And it doesn’t affect her children at all.

CALLER NUMBER 5 is a person who texted Maina Kageni saying that her husband was poor in bed…But the phone was picked by a man. Who claimed that he never sent the text neither was he aware of his number being used to text Maina Kageni. He also claimed he isn’t married…Well,Listen.

Ok,the victims-or culprits-have spoken. And denied involvement. I think,either this whole thing is a shady,fake blog bullshit….which means these people are honest. Or all of these people are simply lying after being exposed. I do not know what to believe. You be the judge…..
