The Infamous Artur Brothers Making Headlines In Kenya Again! And This Is Why

The notorious Armenian brothers are once again tilting the attention of the country to themselves all thanks to a court case that has been resuscitated.

They were more popular than some local celebrities would ever be. Artur Brothers hit headlines for all the bad reasons in 2006. Their power and influence shocked the nation when Mohammed Ali exposed them with his investigative.

But just as the dust was beginning to settle on the brothers, something popped up to put them on Kenyan radar again.

The High Court revived a case in which one of the wild and crazy Armenian brothers, Artur Margaryan sued CORD leader, Raila Odinga, for defamation.

Mr. Odinga had accused the businessmen of being mercenaries tasked to do some ‘dirty’ business in the country on behalf of high ranking individuals.

In a bid to clear cases that have piled in courts, the Judiciary is seeking to either conclude in the shortest time possible or subsequently dismiss them.

The Artur brothers’ case is among the over 3000 other cases that the courts want heard and files cleared.

The brothers however have not been heard chipping in any comment regarding the case. Their whereabouts still remains anonymous, at least for now.
