Like we started off by saying, 2015 is truly the year of possibilities. Like who would have thought this is the year the most renowned East African Stars would come together to bring you one of the biggest talent shows to ever grace your TV screens.

Yes, activate your incredible voice gear as Maisha Superstar is coming to your doorstep. Set to premier on Maisha Magic, Maisha Superstar is more than just a music talent show. It is the ultimate reality talent series designed to take 6 outstanding young musical acts on a dream journey to uncover the ultimate music star.

It will consist of 6 music celebrity coaches namely Eric Wainaina, Jose Chameleone, Nameless, Maurice Kirya, Shaa, AY and Rabbit who will aim to identify one superstar who in turn will be mentored.

It will start by identifying 3 contestants from the 3 East African countries and then week after week the celebrity coaches in support from some of the most talented composers and producers will prepare the individual star rookies to outdo each other in the weekly performance episodes and each performance is scored by the judging panel out of a 100%.

Maisha Superstar also has an added twist into it. Unlike other talent shows, it doesn’t have eliminations at least not weekly thus ensuring everyone is given equal opportunity to shine. All this professionals put together and in combination with the eclectic audience, viewers will for the first time get to experience the real science of making a platinum selling act.
