The “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities” is a list released by a program of the Cybermetrics Lab. The Lab is a research group that belongs to the largest public research body in Spain , the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC)
The ranking is usually made according to the volume and quality of the content a university publishes on the internet and the said content should come from the faculty, members of the University or from external authors who have had a deal from the university.
