Is Julie Gichuru Behind Robert Alai’s Arrest? Here Is The Interesting Detail

Robert Alai may be in police custody not only for his comments on the Langata land row but also because Citizen TV’s Julie Gichuru may be having a hand in the matter.

A couple of weeks ago, Robert Alai almost gave Julie Gichuru a heart attack when he implicated her husband in the Ruai land grabbing scandal.

Alai’s slur made Julie vow to take legal action against him for denting the reputation of her husband, Tony Gichuru. Julie stated she was exploring all avenues possible to get ‘online terrorists’ account for the libel.

“We are exploring every legal opportunity towards recourse. Whether it takes days, weeks, months or years we shall work patiently with our lawyers to ensure that those responsible for this online terrorism are held accountable for their actions and will not do this to anyone ever again.” Wrote Julie.

Now Alai has been arrested for sharing stories regarding Ruai and Langata land grab. (According to Alai). Which begs the question; is Julie making Alai pay for implicating his husband in the land grabbing scandal?
