Celebrated Cartoonist, Gado, Mocks The Paris Killers With A Very Hilarious Drawing (Photo)
Gado, the Daily Nation cartoonist, is one of the most respected and known cartoonists in Kenya. His drawings on the Nation newspapers almost always leave everybody amused at the genius this guy is embedded with, and wonder where and how he learns his skills that he shows up each day.
The world, and especially the European world, was shaken to its core when terrorists attacked a media house (Charlie Hebdo) in Paris, France, massacring 12 people, among them eight journalists.
This drew the attention of the world, with journalists and the sympathetic world teaming up to condemn the unwanted acts of terrorism that are becoming a major threat to the world.
Among those showing their support for the deceased and the bereaved is Nation’s Gado, who came up with one of the most memorable drawings of our time.
This is not my imagination as the drawing much traffic on the social media, going viral quickly and catapulting Gado into the limelight once again.
Words don’t speak much as pictures do. So I leave it to you to gauge and make your conclusion. Wasn’t Gado’s message conveyed perfectly?
Here is the drawing:
