Oliver Mathenge Sarcastically Calls KoT ‘Editors’ After They Blasted The Star’s Headline Yesterday

 

The Star newspaper’s Oliver Mathenge has jumped to the defense of his employers after Kenyans mauled yesterday’s headline on the Star newspaper.

The daily had run a story of the late Fidel Castro Odinga in a manner that many argued was portraying the deceased as a criminal.

The headline which highlighted how detectives had stumbled on a cache of rifles and massive number of rounds of ammunition made everyone wonder why Fidel had that arsenal but what the story said in the details was that the son to the former premier was a licensed gun holder.

This did not go down well with many Kenyans who took to the social media to bash the Star for what they termed as a reckless and unnecessary splash.

Mathenge, who seemed disturbed by the bashing defended The Star by sarcastically mocking Kenyans on twitter (KOT).
