After He Allegedly Bragged About Killing Fidel Odinga, Paul Kobia Was Declared Insane. But Robert Alai Thinks Otherwise

Before yesterday, Paul Kobia was only known in the media and political circles thanks to his rather dramatic tomfoolery in the past.

But yesterday everyone including their grandmothers knew who Kobia was. It was really hard to ignore his name because he was splashed all over blogs, social media and other media outlets.
The reason why he had achieved this instant infamy was because he had allegedly claimed that he murdered Fidel Odinga. An accusation that led to him being arrested, but the Gigiri Police boss purportedly blocked the booking of Kobia declaring him insane.He was taken to the Agha Khan Hospital.
