As controversial as she has always been, Vera Sidika probably has many admirers; the socialite has a school named after her.

Which other socialite has a public institution named after them? Vera Sidika is most likely a trend setter among all other Kenyan socialites. Other socialites have relentlessly tried to catch up to her standard but it seems Vera is on her own league.

One would expect Vera to be the last person for anyone to emulate, I mean she has consistently hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Who would want to be associated with her? Contrary to this common belief, actually there are many people who are looking up to her.

In Kisumu County, one school in particular has been named after Sidika; the public primary school is in Dogo area of Kisumu County.

This one will surely make some people jealous. But was it really named after Vera Sidika or was it just a mere coincidence!
