Has Jameson Started Refunding All The Monies After The Failed 2 chainz Event?

A few weeks ago Kenyan fans were treated to a rude shock after 2chainz allegedly missed his flight and ended up missing what would have been the biggest rap gig off all time done on Kenyan soil.  The Jameson Party Live 

The party went on though, the fans were aobviously dissapointed but they still turned up in their numbers where they paid allegiance to the Kenyan artistes. Old news. ok. 

The new story is that the consumer federation of Kenya  tweeted earlier on, quoting that Jameson has no right to hold on to any monies owed to the revelers for a failed event, Jameson had promised that 2chainz was still going to come on 12 December where he would perform alongside artistes who would be revealed prior to the concert. Jameson therefore requested all who had paid to hold to their tickets quoting that they would not have to pay again come December 12. 

It seems however that some fans have not been content with the new arrangement and have chosen to go ask for their money. Which Jameson has returned. does this mean that 2chainz might not be coming after all?
