The phrase ‘I do not date broke guys’ is something that angers guys a lot, at least the ones in the office.This is judging from the fiery debates we have had in the office about that phrase.

And this phrase often gets people labeling those who utter such words as a ‘gold digger’ and ‘shallow’. You are also likely to be condemned to ‘dying alone’

Which I think are the double standards because you will hear guys go ‘I do not date unattractive girls and go on and on about it,but expect no backlash from it.

The latest culprit to piss off men in such a way is Vanessa who in recent times uttered these words .But before you rush to label her a digger of the gold, hear her out.

Vanessa says that she does not get into relationships for the money, but a broke guy is a total no-no for her. This is because she wants a man who can hold his own financially when it comes to a relationship. Not one who is without end taking, and never provides.Which i think makes sense.
