Safaricom’s ‘Mazgwembe’ has become one of the most popular animation characters in the Kenyan advertising scene,the only one that comes close is ‘Mboss’ of Faimba.

Mazgwembe is a straight up  bully,brawn with no brain,gruff and boisterous but damn hilarious.The mash-up of these qualities endear him to us.

And who can forget his chattitude  ‘ tujuane date’ where he was asked “So what do you do for a living?” and just like a blonde he replied ” Mi ni kulainisha mabiceps”
