Acclaimed Author Ken Walibora Makes A Comeback At Nation Media Group

Renowned author and former Nation TV Swahili news anchor, Ken Walibora Waliaula, is back in the country and is said to have gone back to Nation Media Group (NMG).

According to Jackal News, the soft-spoken scholar has returned to NMG as the Group Editor, Swahili, to manage broadcasting and the Kiswahili newspaper, Taifa Leo.

Walibora is an accomplished author having written one of the most famous set-books used in High School for literature, ‘Siku Njema’. Until his redeployment at NMG, he has been an assistant professor of African languages and Literature at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

Last September, Walibora was maliciously accused of exposing his genitalia to a random lady near campus, who later turned out to be a student who had taken some of his classes, allegations that the author vehemently refuted.
